Deleting a calendar will remove it, its events, and any event data (such as attendance and/or volunteer schedules) from Breeze. We recommend that you delete or move an event series off of a calendar first before deleting a calendar. If you'd like to retain an event, you must first move it to an alternate calendar prior to deleting.

Changing the Calendar View

Available Views:

  • Month View: Displays events in a month. Shows up to 5 events per day; view in 'print' mode or list view for all events.
  • Week View: Provides a weekly overview, including specific event timings.
  • Day View: Showcases daily events with their timings. Double-click a date on the mini calendar for Day View access.
  • List View: Lists events for a selected time frame (month, week, day)

If you'd like to adjust the view of your Breeze calendar you can do so by clicking the calendar icon to the left of the calendar's month.

Month View

Month View shows all events in the current month in a standard calendar format. Only 5 events are shown on the calendar Monthly view. In order to view all events, a user would need to be in 'print' mode, or view the month as a list in order to see all events, if more than 5 in a day.

mceclip0.png

Week View

Week View shows all events scheduled during a week, as well as allows you to visually see the time scheduled for each event.

mceclip2.png

Day View

The Day View displays all scheduled events within a 24-hour period, allowing for a visual representation of each event's specific timing.

While using the Day View, you'll notice a real-time tracker represented as a blue bar. This tracker provides a reference for the current time based on your device's time zone settings. It's essential to understand that the event timings displayed on the calendar are set according to the church's designated time zone in the manage account settings. If you access the Day View from a different time zone than the one selected for your church's Breeze account, be aware that this time marker might not represent the accurate time difference between your current location and the scheduled start and end times of events.

mceclip4.png

Day View can also be accessed by double-clicking a date on the mini calendar at the top left of the Events page.

List View

List View shows a listing of all events that are scheduled during a specified time frame. List View can be viewed by month, week, or day.
